On Cinco de Mayo, Alice B. throws open its doors for a one-night-only pop-up featuring the bold, celebrated flavors of chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken's iconic Border Grill. Think handcrafted margaritas and a prix fixe taco feast that captures everything that makes Border Grill legendary plus live music from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Border Grill is popping up at Alice B. with one-night only exclusive menus on select Tuesdays in 2026: January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 5. Please note the Border Grill menu will be the only menu offered that evening in addition to the full drink menu. Drinks will be sold separately.

What started as a 40-seat taco stand in Los Angeles in 1985 has become a beloved culinary institution—and now, Border Grill is bringing its signature flavors to Palm Springs with an exclusive pop-up series.
Mary Sue and Susan believe Mexican cuisine should be light, healthful, and bursting with flavor. Each plate showcases conscientiously-sourced, locally grown ingredients that honor both the environment and your palate. The menu honors the traditions of home cooks, street vendors, and regional specialties from Oaxaca to the Yucatan coast — elevated with classical technique and California's finest seasonal ingredients.
