Border Grill Taco Tuesday Pop Up Series

Alice B. is bringing Chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken’s highly acclaimed Border Grill dishes to Palm Springs for a limited engagement in 2026.

Kicking off the series on Tuesday, January 20th, guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner that brings together the bold, signature flavors of Border Grill for a very special Taco Tuesday Pop Up Series. 

When: Tuesday, January 20, 2026  5pm - 9 pm 

Where: Alice B. (1122 E Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs)

Prix Fixe Menu of Border Grill Favorites for $60 per person:

The evening begins with Chips and a Trio of Salsas (add on guacamole $8)

1st Course:  Tortilla Soup roasted tomato broth, panela cheese, avocado, crispy tortilla strips

2nd Course:  Plantain Empanada roasted plantains, organic black beans, poblano, mexican cheeses, chipotle salsa, crema

3rd Course:  Green Corn Tamale sweet corn, crema, salsa fresca

4th Course:  Peruvian Ceviche Tostada fish, aji amarillo, ginger, lime, cucumber, avocado, crispy plantains

5th Course: a choice of two tacos served with organic rice, organic black beans, and grilled Mexican onions

• Carne Asada grilled marinated steak, salsa fresca, caramelized onions, arbol salsa
• Carnitas slow roasted pork shoulder, shaved cabbage, red onion, cilantro, cotija, serrano salsa
• Sweet Potato and Black Bean caramelized onions, grilled corn relish, poblano peppers, chipotle salsa, pickled onion
• Grilled Fish cucumber citrus slaw, avocado, roasted jalapeño aioli, grapefruit

Dessert: Tres Leches prickly pear and passion fruit sauces

Available on select Tuesdays in 2026: January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 5 Border Grill's Palm Springs pop-ups offer a rare opportunity to experience award-winning Mexican cuisine in an intimate desert setting.
