Border Grill Pop Up | March 17th

Alice B. is bringing Chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken’s highly acclaimed Border Grill dishes to Palm Springs for a limited engagement in 2026.

Guests will enjoy a multi-course prix fixe dinner that brings together the bold, signature flavors of Border Grill for a very special pop up.

When: Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 4 pm to 9 pm

Where: Alice B. (1122 E Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs)

Prix Fixe Menu of Border Grill Favorites for $70 per person

For The Table:  Guacamole, Chips and Trio of Salsas

Appetizers:  

•    Green Sea Bass Ceviche with avocado, key lime, jalapeño, tomatillo milpero, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño aioli, tostada

•    Green Pork Pozole with tomatillo, hominy, green cabbage, radish

•    Roasted Poblano Quesadillas with mexican cheeses, salsa quemada

Choice of Entrée:  

•    Pescado Veracruzano with pan seared fish, olives, oregano, jalapeño, tomato, white wine lime garlic broth, rice and swiss chard

•    Cochinita Pibil with achiote pork slow roasted in banana leaves, pickled onion, orange, cinnamon, sautéed plantains, guacamole, handmade corn tortillas

•    Pollo Ciudad with citrus marinated grilled chicken, pickled tomato salsa, cilantro sauce, rice

Dessert: Key Lime Pie

Border Grill is popping up at Alice B. on select Tuesdays in 2026: January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 5. Border Grill's Palm Springs pop-ups offer a rare opportunity to experience award-winning Mexican cuisine in an intimate desert setting. Space is limited so reserve your seat today. 

Please note the Border Grill menu will be the only menu offered that evening in addition to the full drink menu. Drinks will be sold separately.
