Alice B. is bringing Chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken’s highly acclaimed Border Grill dishes to Palm Springs for a limited engagement in 2026.
Kicking off the Taco Tuesday Pop Up Series on Tuesday, January 20th, guests will enjoy a multi-course prix fixe menu that brings together the bold, signature flavors of Border Grill for $60 per person.

Available on select Tuesdays in 2026: January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 5, Border Grill's Palm Springs pop-ups offer a rare opportunity to experience award-winning Mexican cuisine in an intimate desert setting. Please note the Border Grill menu will be the only menu offered that evening in addition to the full drink menu.
